"Every representative from this office has been helpful in outlining and explaining my insurance options. Recently worked with Erich to bundle my condo and auto insurance. Working 3rd shift can make it difficult to speak with people during office hours but the text option offered made it easier to have the conversation more spaced out but at times we are both available."

Within 20 minutes, I added my teen to my policy, and I was thoroughly informed of the 3 discounts my teen would be eligible for, reducing her portion of insurance to $104 monthly! In addition, Paula answered unrelated questions and provided knowledgeable and informed responses to all my questions.
